Westwood Heights / Westwood Highlands
South of Mount Davidson, and southeast of West Portal, Westwood Heights is a pocket-shaped neighborhood located roughly at the intersection of Monterey Boulevard and Yerba Buena Boulevard, near Plymouth Avenue in the southwest section of San Francisco. Also known as Westwood Highlands, it is a small yet affluent community comprised of 283 homes (all built between 1924 and 1929), and is among the few non-condo developments in San Francisco to be governed by a homeowners association. The average list price for homes in Westwood Heights is in the high-six to low-seven figure range.
