Balboa Terrace
A small residential neighborhood located directly south of St. Francis Wood, Balboa Terrace is bordered by Monterey Avenue to the north, Ocean Avenue to the south, Aptos Street and San Aleso Avenue to the east and Junipero Serra Boulevard to the west.
