Ingleside
Ingleside is a small residential area located southwest of San Francisco City College and the Balboa Park BART/Muni Metro station. Like its adjoining districts, it is primarily a moderately priced neighborhood comprised of early- through late-twentieth century single-family homes built along a hillside. (There are some multi-unit developments that are condominiums or apartments.)
Parking here is at a premium, particularly along the streets on the western outskirts of the neighborhood, just outside the transit station.
Ocean Avenue, which runs along the northeast border of the Ingleside district, connects to 19th Avenue/Highway 1 in one direction, Geneva Avenue/Daly City in the other.
